I've had my thermaltake black widow 850w for the past year, and have not had a single issue....seriously nothing at all....well i'm currently looking at a GTX 780 3GB 384-bit GPU(currently gtx 560 1gb 256-bit) and i seen it needs at least a "600 watt or greater power supply with a minimum of 42 amps on the +12 volt rail." Obviously i know i have enough watts, just wondering if "+3.3V@25A, +5V@25A, +12V@69A, -12V@0.6A, +5VSB@3.0A" is what they mean specifically the "+12V@69A"?

And also my biggest worry is that looking at my power supply being the curious person i am reviewed alot of reviews about it and to be honest was kinda shocked that everyone was saying "that power supply is junk don't get it ect. ect." Its been working fine ever since i got it no problems what so ever, should i be worried about it getting this GTX 780?

Thanks for any input.

Hi - i would not worry. True most TT PSU's aren't the best, and that particular unit has a lot of detractors.
I would run the 780 for now, but start saving for a PSU upgrade. That's a high end card, I'd want a
better than marginal PSU to pair with it.

Yes the +12v amps of 69 is way more than you need for your system. The real question is; can it deliver it's
actual adv specs. In any event I suspect it will produce at least the 42 +12v amps required.

I didn't find a trusted review of it, but read elsewhere it's mfg by HEC, a bottom feeding OEM. As a
general rule I don't recommend anything HEC makes. So, even tho you might be OK initially,
I still suggest you save for an upgrade. A good quality 650 or greater will run your system fine.
