Laptop one:
AMD Dual-Core E1-1200 APU
AMD Radeon™ HD 7310
Laptop two:
Intel Core 2 Duo T6600 / 2.2 GHz ( Dual-Core )
Intel GMA 4500MHD Dynamic Video Memory Technology 5.0
The first one probably has better video but the second looks like a stronger core.
Just looking for the better pick to play some cheap games on low settings but some
of the games I play are a bit cpu intensive

That is about as good as you will do. Torchlight is a VERY easy game to run and any modern mainstream games short of LOL will not run.

In what games? That CPU and GPU are VERY bottom end.
Any real games like bf4 or even WoW will not run at all.

WoW will probably not run on either of these and LoL will probably run at VERY lowest settings half decently at playable frame rates. No guarantee though.
I guess get the first one, but they are both completely awful for games of any kind.
