I'm thinking about upgrading my mother board but don't know

So currently I only have a motherboard that can support an lga775 CPU. I have a sff case, is there any mobo I can buy that supports an i3 or any dual core really and fits a sff case. My current specs are
2gb ram ddr2
Radeon 7700s low profile
80gb hardrive only 5 GB left(can I get an external one)
320 psw
Pentium 4 3.7ghz
