I'm in a doubt over which will provide me better gaming performance.
The 4820K is cheaper and produces similar to the 4930K but it's slight behind gaming performances. Help?

The i5 is basically a less powerful version of the i7. i7s are expensive, for gaming money is better spent on a graphics card. Most games will not use 6 cores and are not demanding CPU-wise so the i5 is what you want instead. If you really want to you can always overclock an i5 and get similar performance to an i7. Here is an i5: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116899

4820k is a quad core and the 4930k is a six core. Games that can make use of more cores will do better with the 4930k, all else being equal. If just for a gaming rig, save your money and just go with a 4770k and used the money saved for better graphics cards.

is a i5 quad core from the latest generation of cpu's from intel and it costs under 200$ and is all that you need for now and for future games. All it needs is a Asus motherboard socket 1150.

No offense, but saying the i5 isn't less powerful than the i7 yet lacks hyperthreading and has less cache is saying its less powerful. That's like saying a v6 isn't less powerful than supercharged bored v6, it just lacking the supercharger and larger piston area's allowing higher compression and more fuel/air mixture per strike/charge/cycle. Now performance on single core's might not be that big, but multi thread and overall are a different story.

Still, i5 is great unless your going to be rendering videos, encoding or programming, or any really demanding software where finishing a few seconds/minuets quicker means $200 to you. Otherwise most games, short a very very few, you arent likely to see a difference between the comparable i5 or i7. And I say comparable as you cant take a i5 4330 and expect a i7 4770 to be equal since its a different model/version of the chip with lower/higher clock rates. But even then difference in gaming is still mild.

It isn't a less powerful version of the i7. The i5 is its own class of chip. If it had the same amount of cache or had hyperthreading, then you could say it is a less powerful version. If it were similar to say the differences between a Phenom II X4 and an X3 where parts were disabled, you would probably have an argument there. I am pretty certain Intel doesn't do that with the i5.
