Help me find a good Operating System

Okay guys I found a good combo on Newegg. All I need is an operating system. I would like to Windows 7 Home Premium but the thing is I need it for 70 dollars. So can anyone find me Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit for $70 somewhere. Where they send it to me not over my email. Thanks guys! Here is the combo, also is it a good gaming combo? For good performance?

Alternatively you can get Linux Mint which is a good OS, though it doesn't support some Windows/Mac games.

"Note! This product comes with a license product key. There is no CD or DVD."

Again...how and why? Selling educational keys? Volume license keys? All illegal.

Or:
"I really want this particular GPU ! Is it OK if I get this counterfeit one for $40 less?"

Windows costs what it costs. If you want to use the product, buy it legally.
If it is significantly cheaper than normal, then either one of the major sellers (Amazon/NewEgg/MicroCenter/etc) has it on sale, or it is illegitimate.
There is very little wiggle room in price from legitimate sellers.

If you want free/cheap, Linux.
