downgrade 8.1 to 7

i have just purchased a toshiba C50-A-1JM with windows 8.1.but like many others i wish to downgrade to windows 7.on the BIOS screen i cant find the option to change from UEFI to CSM boot ? i can change the secure boot mode and change the boot from hdd to cd but that's it .i have even typed in UEFI on the main screen but all it does is take me to the same boot screen.

i have purchased a new copy of windows 7 and tried to install it but each time it reboots and freezes thats it .
please can anyone help.

hi there this i also are not able to do as this section is now removed from the laptop,i have found out that toshiba have removed it because microsoft wont allow downgrades on windows 8.1 machines.so now im stuck with a brick..is there any other way round this ?
