OK! I got it. Download Power ISO and then install it. Then right click on the ISO file and then move the mouse to the poweriso option and set the number of drives to 1. Then right click again and go to the poweriso option and mount it to the drive. Then you should see a cd-dvd drive. Double click it then see if it will install for you.

there is no other way i know,without some form of install media.how old is this "laggy" computer and what are the specs? most any machine ive upgraded from xp to win7 ran better. be sure to include all specs including type and amount of ram.
