Anyone have any suggestion for a heat sink fan, I am currently using stock but want to upgrade ASAP. Any suggestions for a one that costs 50$ or less that is good?

Solution
Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO or the Xigmatek Gaia. If you can stretch your budget a bit higher you could get the Noctua NH-D14 which is a great performer, very quiet too.

Ensure these will fit inside your case, they are quite large.

Just so I know before ordering a separate tube of thermal paste, is it included?

Yes, they both contain a thermal compound.
