Finished my new build, everything seems to be working okay, except I can't seem to get into the BIOS setup!?

-I have troubleshooted my whole computer (using the Toms Hardware guide)
-I have reset the cmos
-I have updated the bios
-I don't think its anything to do with my keyboard being USB as if I press another key (for another option) it works
-I have even bought a different Gigabyte motherboard and it still happens the same!
Really really don't know what to do next and I am so close to just giving up! Any help will be very much appreciated!

Here is my build:
CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: MSI Radeon HD 7850 2GB Video Card
Case: Antec GX700 ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: Corsair CX 500W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply
Optical Drive: Lite-On iHAS124-04 DVD/CD Writer

Tried that and still no luck. I can press for examble 'End' to get into Q Flash or 'F12' to get into Boot menu. But I can't press 'Del' for BIOS setup or F9 for System Information

Read another thread and the guy said this "Problem solved. For some weird reason it wouldn't enter bios with the vga cable plugged in. Started up the PC with monitor disconnected and then connected it afterwards and it let me in."

Tried to do it but I can't seem to plug the cable in fast enough... I was just wondering if this sounds like a solution, don't want to waste time trying to do it

Thanks for your help

like he said, sounds really weird.
i have a couple of advices:
make sure that you dont have any usb connected. only mouse and keyboard.
try to reset BIOs by taking the battery for fifteen minutes or so. and then try again.

I only have my keyboard connected at the moment

I have reset it by putting something metal connecting the two clr_cmos pins like the manual said. Would taking the battery out for fifteen minutes do the same thing or may it solve the problem?

where did you get the motherboard? what is the current bios version? is it a SI customized bios version? some SI customized bios will block bios entrance and you may need to flash them back to the released version from gigabyte website resource. try to confirm the bios and try again.
