So, I put together a build, but this is my first time doing so and I'm not sure if everything will work properly or if it could be improved on. (improved as in cutting unnecessary cost without sacrificing too much quality) What I want is a pc of good quality that I can play games on and that I wont have to upgrade for at least a few years, but still has room for me to tinker with.
Please tell me what you all think and offer helpful advice, thanks.

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor

600w is a little low for that graphics card, I have a similar build with a 750w PSU. Otherwise looks good, also consider a second mechanical hard drive for extra storage. Case also looks nice and clean. Because you have such a big case, SLI (dual graphics cards) would be an option, for that i recommend a PSU in the range of 850w+

Hope that helps :)

Alright. Changed my 600w for a Corsair ax760 and changed memory to G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory and added a 1t hdd for extra storage. Thank you for the advice.

Do you think I need SLI? I'm trying to stay as close to $2,000 as possible, but I don't want to skimp on the graphics...

No, you have a pretty good graphics card that should run everything ( I have one that isn't as good but it does everything I need, so you should be fine) Overall this build looks good :)

Alright thank you so much.

I just have one or two more questions. I was considering adding water cooling, but I wasnt sure if it was necessary or not. Do you think I should? Also, should I avoid water cooling with my VI Formula board? I read that it's a bad idea because of the aluminum, but I also heard about some people saying that there was an anodized layer or something to protect against corrosion, so I'm not really sure what to believe...

If you are overclocking I recommend water cooling, but because it's a first build, go for the H80i by corsair. I have it and its a good cooler, I Just suggest changing the stock fans for others because they are quite noisy. The water cooling shouldn't cause any problems because the water is sealed inside the block and doesn't touch the mobo.
