I already have Windows 7 Ultimate on one hard drive and I want to install Mac OS on my computer. I don't want to partition my hard drive so if I add another hard drive would I be able to boot Mac OS on that HDD and still have me Windows Drive perfectly intact?

yes, that will work, just make sure you know how to partition macintosh so you don't run into boot problems. if you boot from macintosh you can always press f8 after the bios screen to get a boot menu for windows. and you can change the active drive to windows if you want in windows. but yes, it will stay in tact like i said.
