Okay, Bottom Line is I'm going all out for a first time build since I have several very knowledgeable people within easy contact(Though those people would flip shit seeing the pricetag for this). My General Question is for the communities' insight on this for a build.

CPU: AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz 8-Core

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing

Motherboard: Asus Crosshair V Formula-Z ATX AM3+

Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws Z Series 32GB(4x8) DDR3-2400

Storage: Seagate Barracuda 3TB 3.5" 7200RPM x2

Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 760 4GB x3(for 3-Way SLI)

Wireless Adapter: Asus PCE-AC68 802.11a/b/g/n/ac PCI Express x1

Case: Cooler Master HAF 932 Advanced ATX Full tower

Power Supply: Cooler Master 1000w ATX12V / EPS12V

Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 (OEM) (64-bit)

Monitors: Asus VX238H-W 23.0" Monitor x2

Keyboard: Razer Anansi Wired Gaming Keyboard

Mouse: Razer Naga Hex Wired Laser Mouse

Speakers: Logitech Z506 155W 5.1ch Speakers

Headset: Razer Tiamat 7.1 7.1 Channel Headset

Note: Most of this is set in stone as I already have a lot of the parts. Things I really need are: A good Thermal Compound, and a decent static erasing wristband.

EDIT: Main Use is basically anything and everything I'll need for my Graphics and Design classes, Photo editing with Gimp / Photoshop, and Gaming in general. And some general Video Editing.

dont get 4 stocks of 2400, these cpus only support 1600 with 4 sticks running but sometimes you can get 1866 to work, either grab 2x4gb or 2 x8gb of the same memory or even 1866

I would also grab 2 770s vs 3 760s that's a lot of heat and power and super overkill for 1080p gaming even 2 770s is overkill for 1080 on one monitor. not sure if you plan on trying to game on 2 monitors but its pointless and doesnt scale well

your psu is not the greatest brand I would grab something like xfx, seasonic, antec, lepa, corsair between 850 and 1000w

I think you forgot to mention what is this computer main use? Because looking at what you have here (unless is a mistake) 32GB of RAM is overkill
Also 3 way SLI for GTX760? Just be done with it and just purchase a GTX 780Ti (much more powerful than the 760's)
and the I7 4770k spanks that AMD CPU you go there.

Again, let me know what use you will have for this pC?

Best Luck

32GB RAM is total overkill for anything but a high def video and photo editing/rendering machine. lots of photoshop and rendering massive 3d images with hundreds of complex layers. then 32GB makes sense. If you want a better gaming experience you will cut costs to afford something like a GTX 770 or 780 if gaming is the only use for it. since you are overclocking you can get away with an FX 8320 and match the performance of an 8350 easily. The only thing you are really paying for extra, in your case, is better quality silicon in the chip. another suggestion, certainly not needed, but you could probably manage a SSD into the budget for the boot drive (like a 60GB SSD). and I just noticed the 3 GTX 760's. two 780tis will perform better, probably get held back with power supply, motherboard limitations and just opening the door for more possible problems over a 2 way sli ,or even ideally one great card.
