Computer just randomly shut off

I was playing WoW and then my computer just shut off. I'm pretty sure the computer didn't overheat, i checked the temps while running WoW, the CPU is at 33 degrees Celsius and the GPU is 47 degrees. Is it my power supply?

Completely turned off. Wouldn't start back up until i unplugged it and let it sit for a minute.

Specs;
CPU: AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Asus M5A97 R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill Sniper 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 760 2GB Video Card
Case: Cooler Master HAF 912 ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply

It just shut off again, im sure it wasnt overheating, the temps weren't that high. When it shut off it wouldn't start up until i unplugged the power cable from the PSU and plugged it back in.
