Hi all,
I have a massive dilemma here. My new build (M5A97 EVO mobo, FX 8350, GTX 760) has been running perfectly since I built it 5 days ago. However, after about an hour of playing Battlefield 4 tonight the screen suddenly went black. The fans continue to run and I hear sounds from the SSD and HDD when I try booting it, but there are no USB connections (e.g. no keyboard light), and it doesn't appear to boot.
I am only able to turn it off from power supply (XFX PRO550W). I did get a slight forewarning in the form of a screen freeze during playing BF4 moments before, which forced me to click the reset button (the first time I've ever even had to press it) and then start up the game again. Once I was in the game, the problem happened after 2 seconds.
It might be worth noting that the CPU LED light is red also.
Any help would be much appreciated!!!!!!
