Hi. I'm getting the parts for my new computer tomorrow, i have windows 7 pro on a flashdrive and i'm pretty much ready to go. I wanted to transfer the program files (and the user settings if it will work) on my current hard drive that runs windows 8, to my new hard drive that will have windows 7. I know i can put my current hard drive in the case with the new one, but I was wondering if I can drag and drop my program files from the windows 8 drive to the windows 7 one and if there's a more effective method of doing this. Thanks for any help!
