Ok, so here is my problem:
I just built a new desktop, and all the fans(CPU fan, Video Card Fans, Case Fans) work when I turn it on. However, when I connect the HDMI cord from my monitor to my graphics card, the monitor displays and "no signal". Yet, when i connect the monitor's HDMI to my laptop, it works perfectly fine. I tried another connection (DVI), and the monitor still doesn't pick up the desktop and displays a "no signal" message for DVI. Yes, I tried to switch between displays, nothing. No BIOS, no loading screen, nothing. Everything inside the desktop seems to working just fine (again, all every fan and LED works perfectly fine). Can anyone tell me what is going on?
If you want parts, here's the list:

CPU: AMD FX-8320 3.5 Ghz
Graphics Card: GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 770 2GB
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-970A-D3P AM3+/AM3 AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD
RAM: G.Skill Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4 GB)
Storage: 1TB 7200RPM 64MB Cache Seagate Barracuda HDD and a 64GB Adata Premier Pro SSD
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 750B
Monitor: Asus VH238H 23"
Case: NZXT Phantom 410

Update: Added a Speaker, no Beeps when i turn it on, but all the fans turn on. Gonna breadboard and see what is going on.

Tried it, the same issue persists. I am suspecting it might be something with the motherboard, but since I don't currently have a case speaker (will be getting one soon), I really don't know t he problem.

I don't quite understand what you are saying. If you mean trying to plug a hdmi or something from my motherboard to the monitor, I don't think that is possible since it doesn't have ports for a hdmi. If you are implying something else, please enlighten me. Thank you for the support either way.

sorry didnt know that your mobo didnt had any port for monitor.
did you try any other port on your gpu like dual-link dvi?
Also make sure your gpu is seated properly and you giving adequate amount of power(one 6-pin+8-pin pcie connector).
Check for bad memory (if you have two modules - swap them out for testing).

I only have two 4 GB RAM cards, but I did reseat them to see if anything else happens. However, the same thing occurs. No BIOS screen popping up. I will respond back when I get my case speaker and test it out, and update on any occurances.

Checked everything, it was the mobo. Probably something happened to it. RMAing it right now. Thx for all the help. :)
