Hi everyone
I have a weird problem that I have never experienced before.
Every game that I try to play through Steam on my new computer has a permanent round mark that looks like a clock (see picture).
I am currently only using an Intel i7 4770k using built in graphics with no video card.
Has anyone seen this before and have any idea how to fix it?
