ASUS M5A78L-M LX PLUS Hard drive compatibility?

Well, I'm wondering if this Mobo can run a 6gb/s hard drive also known as SATA III I think. Well I'm thinking about buying a WD Blue 250 GB Desktop Hard Drive which is SATA III. But I'm not sure if it will work. So If any can look up something please tell me.

They are compatible, and there is not HDD can run the SATAIII speed. Here is WD blue 250GB specification http://www.wdc.com/global/products/specs/?driveID=898&language=1, it only has the 126 MB/s (Max) transfer rates, that means it only run at SATAI speed.
SATAI- 150MB/s, SATAII-300MB/s, SATAIII-600MB/s http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Serial_ATA
