I just made this build here http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Cephii/saved/3ChL and I have a few questions.
1. With the case I have which comes with 2x preinstalled 120mm fans. Will I need to purchase an additional case fan or are those two enough.
2. Will this system be able to play modern games like Skyrim, BF4, Ghosts, Far Cry 3 etc.. on High to ultra settings?
3. If there is anything I can change to make the build perform better please let me know, and is there any incompatibilities with this system? First time builder and don't want to screw anything up.

Thanks in advance!

Solution
it is a revision of your build with the best bang for the buck parts
newer mobo generation
better ram
newer gen R7 radeon card
better psu 80+ gold, cheaper case
23" full HD monitor
no need cpu cooler since your budget cant afford OC mobo ($100)

You do good builds AMD Radeon but a 7850 will perform quite a lot better than a R7 260X (HD 7790 rebadge)

I was told that the FX-6300 wasn't worth it and should spend an extra 20$ and get the 8120. Is this true? Also what about the games I listed above? Will I be able to run those with decent framerate on high/ultra?
