These are my computer specs:

Dell IN2030M 20 inch LED Backlit LCD Monitor

Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8GB (2X8) 1860 MHZ PC RAM

Asus DRW-24B3ST DVD Burner Internal Optical Drive (Black)

Zebronics SC-6CH PCI Internal Sound Card (5.1 Audio Channel)

MSI NVIDIA N660-2GD5/OC 2gb GDDR5 GRAPHIC card

FX-6300 processer

MSI 970A-G46 Motherboard

Corsair vs650 650 Watts PSU

Cooler Master K281 Mid Tower Cabinet

Seagate Barracuda 1 TB Desktop Internal Hard Drive (ST31000524AS)

*my budget is below 58000 and my os is Windows 7 so say if every components work good with Windows 7

Yeah, but your gonna max out because the processor and the GPU are below performance levels for the 2013 and forward games. Minimally AMD FX-8xxx series, or better yet a i5 Haswell would be the 'minimum' for gaming. As for GPU there is plenty of deals on the Rx series (AMD) and 7xx (NVIDIA) to be had out there.
