You just need to use a better utility. One that actually understands the signals from your motherboard's sensor chip.

Use the utility that came with your motherboard or download a more recent version of it from the motherboard manufacturer's web site.

If your PSU's +12V rail were really outputting 10.88 Volts your system wouldn't even be running.

That's what I figured, especially when I've been playing games.
However, I don't know of any software like that for this motherboard?

Try the freeware HWiNFO64. Download it from here: http://www.hwinfo.com/download.php

The Portable version doesn't install anything onto your system whereas the Installer version is like installing any other application.

I can't guarantee that it will work with your specific system because I didn't see the nForce 790i Ultra SLI chipset on its Chipset support list, only the nVidia nForce 720i/730i/740i/760i SLI, GeForce 9xxx (MCP79/7A), ION, MCP89 are listed. If the sensor chip on your motherboard is supported then there's a great likelihood that the voltages will be correctly displayed.

Okay, this looks better, but I thought I'd check:

The voltages look to be within ATX12V specs.

The +5V rail doesn't show up on yours though.

Well, Speedfan shows that to be about right, and the rest is good, so I probably have nothing to worry about, right?
By the way, thanks for the help! :D

Yes. You should be fine. If the PSU is of reputable quality it should have an over-voltage and under-voltage protection circuit built into it.
