So I was putting together my first build, and after initially putting them together, found out I couldn't get POST beep or bios to display on my monitor. Decided to bread board individual parts and noticed that whenever I try putting in my RAM, no beeps are heard, just silent. Fans are still running and CPU/heat sink fan seem to work as well. Was wondering if it could be that either my memory may be faulty or not compatible with the motherboard.

The memory: CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10B

The motherboard: MSI FM2-A75MA-E35 FM2 AMD A75 (Hudson D3) HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard.
Motherboard manual says it supports: 2x DDR3 DIMMs support DDR3 2133(OC)/ 1866 /1600 /1333 /10 66 DRAM (16GB Max)

Was wondering if someone could let me know if these two are compatible with each other and if so, what might be the problem/solution?
