Hey, im running on a windows XP 2003(or something around that), every game i load into for LoL, I am always the last to load, and i always load in around 1:00 in and I always let my team down and I get reported and everything, so I was just wondering if there is anything I can do to make the champions loading screen any faster? my FPS is ok I get around 60-70 on lowest graphics.
Thanks :)
ps I have to make my own money, so my parents wont buy me another one

You could build a decent budget gaming pc with $500. Here is a link to a Tom's Hardware article from 2012. That being said, you could probably find these parts cheaper or find parts that are a little bit better without going over $500.

You could also look at this site, create an ideal build for yourself, and post your ideas to the forum. Plenty of people here love giving their opinions on builds.

Some people think it's just easier to buy something pre-built, but you're going to end up taking your pc apart anyway. Why not know the ins and outs from the get go, and at a lower price? Building your own pc can be a lot of fun. It's...

what are your comp spec...

since more and more people using ssd their loading time is much faster now....

try run check disk and defrag at the disk.. close unused background task... do dust cleaning of the comp....

I don't know minimum requirement of LoL, but i saw your speed test is quite good, so it unlikely a network problem...

IMO simply right now more and more people using better spec comp so they will load faster...
Try do the defrag and check disk on the hdd... and turn off the unnecessary background apps
