CPU max fan speed

Hello,

I have question about max cpu fan speed. My motherboard is: MSI B85-G43 gaming and my CPU is Intel core i7 4771 3.5GHZ. Here is link: http://imageshack.com/a/img513/3467/x8qr.png and one pc technician set my value to minimum max cpu speed 12% and max cpu fan speed to 25% and when I press default the minimum the grey will be 25% and the max cpu fan speed the blue will be 100% What do you think, what is the best value to my max cpu fan speed to have max or minimum? Thanks

have it inbetween max and min, you don't want max as it's really noisy and not minimum as it might not cool the CPU enough, have it inbetween for a slight noise (won't be very noticeable) and for the extra cooling, and anyways if it's stock at 3.5GHz it isn't going to be overly hot and since it's not the k version, it can't be overclocked so having it on maximum will get you no performance increase but intolerable noise.
