are these parts compatible to each other?
case: bitfinex prodigy

mobo: GA-Z87N-WIFI

ram : kingston hyperx

hhd: seagate 500gb

proc: i5 4670k

psu: rm650

psu cooler: corsair h80i

gpu: r9 280x toxic

any suggestions for better components?

All compatible, good selection. I would include an ssd though makes a huge difference to boot up and general computing

thnx for the answer sir.. one more question... all those components will fit to bitfinex prodigy right?
im just worried cuz its not my rig, but my friend's rig. i just selected the components for him...

The 280x toxic is slightly too long for the case if you have a front fan installed. It is 12.1in long but there is only 12in clearance in the case with the front fan installed. I suggest you get a shorter 280x as the front fan is important.

I suggest the ASUS Radeon R9 280X DirectCU II which is only 11.2in but still features high quality cooling.
