Laptop won't restart

Greetings,

I did not use my Vios laptop for many months. Until one day when I want to open my files, I turned on my laptop. The screen showed "IHNJS is compressed Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart". I followed the instruction, however still, my laptop won't restart.

Just so we don't overlook anything, make sure you're adapter is plugged in. Make sure the battery has a decent charge. That now assumed to be taken care of did you try the hard power down option? If you're not familiar, then hold the power button for 10seconds or longer even after everything seems to start shutting down, then let go and wait a few seconds and press it like normal to turn back on your laptop.
