Best mobo for my fx 6300..

Solution

The cheapest would be the asrock, but I wouldn't overclock on that because it lacks VRM cooling. Out of those 3, I would choose the M5A97 R2.0, though neither of them would be really suited for overclocking due to the lack of power phases, maybe mild overclocks but nothing too high

The gigabyte (one I listed above), depending on where you live, comes in at $90 has 8+2 power phases which is recommended for overclocking

Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3

Older chipset, but they aren't any 970 chipsets in mATX form

All of them have support for the fx 6300 but have no support for the fx 8320 assuming later on you wish to upgrade, meaning you would basically be stuck with the fx 6300

Here's a board for $90
http://
Has 8+2 power phases, digital power delivery, which will benefit with overclocking. You could get some mild overclocks with it

AMD's flagship chipset is the 990FX, though those boards are really suited for overclocking and sli/crossfire configurations and they are well over $90

This gigabyte board comes with a digi power 8+2 power phase which is normally only seen on the high end 990fx chipsets. You can pick it up for $90 at micro centre

More power phases means better overclocking and stability with high powered processors. Digital power controllers means more precise power delivery to the processor
