suggest any GPU !

hi guys i am new here and i want my old pc to run hd games like gta 4, nfs mw 2012,etc....I want an AFFORDABLE gpu..
my pc specs are--

Operating system : Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit
CPU : Intel Pentium dual core E5400 @ 2.70GHz Wolfdale 45nm Technology
RAM : 4.00GB Dual-Channel DDR2 @ 333MHz (5-5-5-15)
Motherboard : Intel Corporation DG41RQ (J2E1)
Graphics : SMB2030 (1600x900@60Hz) Intel G41 Express Chipset (Intel)
Storage : 465GB Hitachi HDS721050CLA362 ATA Device (SATA)
Optical drives : TSSTcorp CDDVDW SH-S223C ATA Device
Audio : Realtek High Definition Audio

your unlikely to get gta 4 to run smoothly on a dual core pc.
gpu? it depends on your psu. 7770 or gtx650 ti is about the max you want to throw at the cpu but you will need a minimum of 450w psu

I think 650ti BOOST and Radeon HD 7790/R7 260X are very affordable GPUs and yes I too doubt you could run GTA 4 on such a low end CPU

you have to use a quad core to run gta 4 smoothly without lag

I suggest you to use gtx 650ti boost, one of the best options for 1080p resolution
