I'm currently looking for a new graphics card since my hd 5400 died out on me
looking for a video card than can run dota 2 on max settings on 1366x768
my budget is 70-100$

PSU: Powerlogic 450w(it says 450w max power and 230 real power dunno so i'm gonna write it anyway)
RAM:4 gb
CPU:Intel Core i3-2100 3.10GHz
OS:Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
