Corsair RMA replacements and transfewr cost

Hello. I contacted with Corsair and they said me that they will replace damaged parts If my hydro cooler cause damage and I contacted with webmaster and he said me that they send me a pre paid label, but i dont know how to use the label how it works what i must do. But one day after i contacted the live chat of corsair and i aksed them about transfer payments and they said that i must pay it and after that i contacted again with live chat with another agent and he said me that the will send me a pre paid label if i have proofs about the damaged by leak. Can someone help me? I can't understand what i must do and how the prepaid label works? Thanks.

It will not be charged it will be held/reserved and then released on return. It is a common practice for security that they will receive the faulty item..

And i stick it as proof that they pay the cost? and if it is by email what i do then? and they will just send me a sticker?
