My MSI 945PNeo3-F is equipped with 2 1GB TwinMos PC2-5300/DD2-667 MHz 5-5-5-15 240 DIMM, one in each memory bank. It seems to be difficult to find the same RAM on the Belgian Market. Can I use Corsair ValueSelect 1GB DDR2-RAM 667 MHz 5-5-5-15 240 pin DIMM instead? Or should I put directly 4 GB Corsair RAM in?

All Mobo manufacturers provide a QVL = Qualified Vendor list. This list has a set of RAMs which have been extensively tested on that particular board. So consumers usually buy the ones mentioned in that list.

Still it doesn't means that a RAM not mentioned in QVL won't run on it. It simply means that they haven't tested that particular model on it. It will most likely work if it's of the same specifications and chances of instability are very minute.

So imo you should buy the corsair one. Is this your motherboard?

If so then notice the FSB mentioned. It also supports RAM of 800 and 1066 MHz. So buy something in 800MHz, you will notice improvement in the performance of your computer.
