Do you want to overclock you cpu ? , I mean if , if ur cpu speed is 3.4 Ghz , you will be able to increase upto 4.2 - 4.5 Ghz .

I don't have any parts with me right now. I only have a monitor and I can spend upto Rs 50000 on the computer itself and also I prefer overclockable build if money permits because I already burned my gpu of a dell laptop and my father refuses to spend too much because I might fry it again by intense gaming.

Add case but no keyboard and mice.
And also there are people who build computers for around Rs 30000 and then why is this build not possible ?
