i5 4670k is an awesome cpu and if you really gonna push the cpu and overclock it very high i would recommend a liquid cooling like corsair h100i or nzxt kraken x60 but you still can use air cooling with hyper 212 evo and be able to do decent overclocking...4670k will work perfect with gtx 760 with no problems...im glad i helped and of course you didnt waste my time we are here to help :)

if you wanna get i5 3570k might as well go 4th gen and get i5 4670k as there only 10 dollar difference plus if you go i5 3570k you have to change your motherboard too so might as well go with i5 4670k and keep the motherboard and what do you mean by overheating really worth it?

I meant that does overheating really increase performance of my computer and is that really worth the money? I mean i will have to get cpu cooler and overclockable motherboard soo thats add some money. You see i never overclocked soo I don't know what difference is :D I mean what will be the difference between 3ghz and let's say 4.5 ghz ?

yes overclocking will increase the performance of your computer and to people who like to overclock and want a faster pc then yes of course its worth the money...so its basically up to you if you know you are going to overclock and you need that speed then it is very well worth it and well 4.5 ghz cpu is going to be much faster then the 3gz cpu

Okay man you really helped and here is the last few questions. I think i'll get this cpu:
Intel Core i5-4670K, Quad Core, 3.40GHz, 6MB, LGA1150, 22nm, 84W, VGA, TRAY
What kind of cooler should i get soo i can "squeze" most of the overclocking and not burn my procesor to dust? And
how good will the 4670k work with gtx 760?
And thanks for all your help :) I hope i didn't waste your time.
