Windows store and all windows 8 apps are not working

I have Dell XPS 15z , it was working normally on windows 8 but suddenly i found out that all windows 8 apps are not working and the windows store is not working and even " change PC settings " is not working . What should I do ?

I had this problem on my last laptop. The problem is that your account on the pc is corrupt. I followed this tutorial, and it fixed the problem: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=snGnEp2XejE

It's not working with me cause as I mentioned even the windows 8 PC settings is not opening , I tried the system file checker tool and it says it found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them

Video tutorial wouldn't work for me, after creating other user account I copied all the items but they wouldn't paste into new user account, so I have had to refresh my pc
