Budget build check please.

Building a system for a good friend, who will not be gaming above 1080p, and will not be OCing. Was trying to give him the best I could for $700-$800 max that'll play the modern pc games and last him a good couple years.

Thumbs up or down? Changes/advice/help are more then welcome.

You are in good shape. My only major suggestion would be to swap the memory out for more "standard" modules. The latency on those DDR3-133 modules are the same as typical DDR3-1600 modules (CL9). The modules below are the same latency (CL9) but spec at DDR3-1866 speeds. Same cost... better performance.

That FX-6300 will be begging for an overclock. Capable as-is, but will easily support an mild overclock with an aftermarket CPU cooler (Hyper 212 EVO for example).
