How to return a bootable HD into its original situation?

Hello

I changed an external HD into a win7 boot disk.

I used (Rufus) to change it into a win7 USB boot disk.

Now i want to use it as an internal HD for my laptop, When i was installing win 7. win 7 couldn't make a system partition because Rufus changed something in it.

How can i return my HD as it came from manufacture?

From device manager i deleted the driver and reinstall it again, I format it as restore device default and it worked.

Download Hirene's boot, run mini xp, go to: Right click on My computer --> Manage --> Disk Management --> delete partitions. Reboot, but put W7 DVD.
This should do the trick.
