What PSU should I get

This is my first gaming rig build and I need help getting a psu.
I'm getting an asus maximus vi hero with i7 4770k oc to 4.0mhz
gigabyte gtx 770 4gb
dual Hard Drive 2tb raid
120gb ssd (os)
and up to 7 fans.
If I've missed anything that's needed ask cause this is my first build and I dont know what I need 100%.

For a system using a single GeForce GTX 770 graphics card a minimum of a 600 Watt or greater system power supply that has a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 37 Amps or greater and that has at least one 6-pin and one 8-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.

For a system using two GeForce GTX 770 graphics cards in 2-way SLI mode a minimum of a 850 Watt or greater system power supply that has a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 58 Amps or greater and that has at least two 6-pin and two 8-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors...
Case? Check out an NZXT Phenom 630.

Also, 16GB or RAM 2x8 or 4x4 with 2x8 being preferred. Corsair is usually what I choose.

You don't need all of those fans if you get the case I mentioned. It comes with 3 200mm fans. Very quiet and effective.

Any DVD/CD combo drive. Asus, LG, Samsung, Sony. I've used them all. They all get little usage and last a long time.

Get a Seasonic Platinum 860W PSU so you're ready for any two-card GPU setup (even AMD).

Total Power Supply Wattage is NOT the crucial factor in power supply selection!!! Sufficient Total Combined Continuous Power/Current Available on the +12V Rail(s) is the most critical factor.

Overclocking of the CPU and/or GPU(s) may require an additional increase to the maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current ratings, recommended above, to meet the increase in power required for the overclock. The additional amount required will depend on the magnitude of the overclock being attempted.
