2 Computers, Dual Monitor KVM or HDMI 4x2 switching?

So I have a dual monitor set up currently at home for my Mac Mini when I run Logic for recording.

I'm currently building a gaming rig and would like to utilize the dual monitor option.

Is there a way to switch between the two using hdmi or dvi? All the KVM switchers i've found use VGA. Also, preferably with 4 or more usb ports (2 I can make do with) and 3.5mm for mic and output would be an added bonus.

I'd like to spend as little as possible on a KVM while still getting the job done. If there are other methods to effectively do this, please recommend them.

Alright, so after doing more research I found these two devices, neither of them cheap.

I know they allow two outputs at the same time but it looks like their intended application is running different devices with single output to multiple displays for the same content.

I'd want to run dual monitor setup with the second monitor functioning as an extended desktop. Would this work? Any reason why this wouldn't work hardware or software wise?

Also I've read that converting an HDMI connector to DVI is an acceptable solution. In some cases the DVI connection is better than the HDMI. It all depends on what video card you are mating with what monitor(s)

if you are not looking for %110 PERFECT graphics, you won't see a difference when using a HDMI to DVI adapter.

In that case your choices of KVM are wide open.
