Upgrade for a Nvidia GTX 275

I live in the us and built my last computer it's about 4 yrs old at the moment.

No complaints except for the video card runs hot and is not performing it's best.

What would be a cost effective upgrade to the EVGA GTX 275 i bought in 2009?

CPU: Phenom Quad Core 3.0ghz
Ram: 1066 4gigs OCZ performance
HD: 3 GB/s 7200 RPM Seagate
Mobo: Supports PCI Express x16 on 2.0 slot
PSU: 1yr old 750w Fatal1ty PSU

What do I do?
Play Games and livestream video's
World of Tanks
World of Warplanes
(so nothing fancy really graphic wise) I'm looking to be able to play World of Tanks on Medium to High settings with 30+fps.

Min Specs
Video Card: GeForce 6800 / ATI X1800 with 256 MB RAM & compatible with DirectX9.0c

Suggested Specs
Video card: GeForce 260 / ATI HD4870 w/ 1 GB RAM

So looking for a cost effective prob between $80 and $175 as beyond World of Tanks i won't be doing much new gaming other then World of Warships which is on the same platform i imagine.

Prefer www.newegg.com as i have done a lot of business and trust them with my products.

Thank you for any suggestions!

  1. The 660 is within your price range and would be a nice upgrade.
