So, my friend has recently built a new PC. He put it all together and when he booted it, the fans started spinning but the monitor said 'No Signal Through PC'.
He has tried:
-Removing the GPU
-Buying a new motherboard
-Checking RAM
-Checking cables
The PSU is 500 Watts. His brother was the one built it mainly because he has no idea, but he had to plug all the wires into his new mobo as his brother has gone.
What could be causing this?
