Ssd,hdd and ram compatability

Hi, i have a ga h61m s2 b3 and i wanted to know:
1.can most ssd and hdd connect to my motherboard?
2. Are there any limits about my ram speed/amount?

1) As long as the SSD and HDD are SATA interface, yes. And almost all are today. Just be sure to opt for SATA III for the SSD.

2) System memory is limited to 2 x 1.5V DDR3 DIMM sockets supporting up to 16 GB of system memory. You can find all the details at the MB's website here: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3917&dl=1#sp
(Verify that I linked you to the correct version revision for that board (1.0). If yours is a later Rev., you will have to search it out.)

When you go to install Win7 on the new SSD, use this guide for best results. There are a few pitfalls that can make life tough that you aren't normally concerned with using a HDD.
