Hey Optimuspraim, are you running this proc in an htcp case, or small form factor case? If not i would defiantly opt for a larger cpu heat sink, how ever if you are using the proc specifically for gaming i.e. you don't have a dedicated graphics card, that sucker is going to get hot no matter what you do, and at that point if running a game like battle field, i would look into a all in one liquid cooler. Again let me know what kind of setup you have.
I've used all of the coolers at one point or another, for different clients of mine. I have had good experience with most all of them, cons would only be installation and ram clearance. other than that, they all have a had great temps
hope this helps

teh_gerbil my pc is new and the thermal paste can't have expired or smthing.

AnEwG No in the main post i showed the cpu cooler i have

tallywho This is my case [ http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811345015 ] If i choose the cheaper one in ur answer, what temp am i going to have?

Thanks for answering me guys , i was really surprized when i saw that in less than 12 hours i got so many answers :')

I read the reviews from Newegg and here are some comments;
"A little on the warm side for my preference"
"I filed,then lapped it to a smooth finish, but even at that temps went up from my stock PhenomII cooler"
"my cpu up to 61 C just to play on facebook yesa i put termal past and whit my stock cooling the cpu up to 48"
"Doesn't even cool as well as a stock AMD Heatsink"

Based on those comments I would simply replace the cooler.

Your CPU Cooler is simply one of low quality, it doesn't matter what RPM it's at, if it's poor quality it won't do the job properly. The Hyper 212 is a great cooler and I've heard people using it for overclocking as well. My friend has it, except he has an FX 8320, and he says it is great, so unless you want to achieve crazy overclocks, the Hyper 212 is more than perfect and you shouldn't need to replace it in the future :)

So the problem is just caused by my cpu cooler and it is not a problem of not good compatability between cpu and mobo right?What temp am i going to have with the hyper 212 EVO while playing battlefield 4 and what is the optimal temp on gaming?

I have the same processor and had the same problem as you (but with the stock cooler) I seriously suggest the Hyper 212 Evo, I just installed it a day ago and the temperatures are around 35-40C when playing Minecraft which can be high demanding. I expect it'll go to at least 50C if playing BF4

Can't guarantee those temperatures but I don't see any reason why it would go over that. Good luck with it all!

I don't think catalyst drivers can be the cause of you CPU overheating.
