Computer starts up no beeps and no display

So last night my computer froze so I shut it down and turned it back on. Everything started then I never got a beep and I don't have a display. I tried turning off fans, hdd, and cd drive all 1 by 1 and still nothing. Sorry if I didn't give any info needed new here but if you need to know anything just ask.

unless you have a speaker installed on the motherboard or the case you won't hear any beeps.
List your pc parts and their model numbers, or the model number of your PC if you bought it from a manufacturer (dell, hp, ect)
Do the fans spin when you turn it on now? does anything move inside?

Yes everything works like its going to work all fans spin but my motherboard speaker I have plugged in doesn't beep and the code is FF

Motherboard: Msi 990fxa-gd80
CPU: amd 8 core fx 8320
Vid card: amd Radeon hd 6870
Power: cx 750

"FF means that the cpu cannot start for any reason... damaged, lack of power, no memory, whatever. If the cpu cannot start, FF is shown."
