Not possible. Modern motherboards no longer use DDR2. I suspect your PSU will also not be appropriate for a modern system; it will have too much of its capacity on the minor rails, while a modern PC gets most of its power from +12V.
Furthermore, when changing motherboards, a new Windows license is typically required.
You have a very old system. Depending on what you'd most like to improve about it, most likely a video card like a HD6570 or HD6670 would be the most it might be worth investing in it.
