You should probably start a new thread as this is a new question but to be nice...
To overclock you need to download whatever software is available for overclocking your particular gpu. So in this case the radeon 8670m I would google what that would be for you. However, I hesitate to value overclocking laptops in general because of possible overheating. Laptops run hot to begin with so this is definitely case to case. I would recommend researching other owners of this same laptop and what good or bad experiences they've had if any in terms of overclocking. In some rare instances you can get actually better temps for oveclocking your cpu (that's another thread for sure) and if that can be significant to cool down your laptop and offset the heat gained by overclocking your gpu then MAYBE it's worth it. It's not a clear cut NO but I cannot say yes either. It really depends but I more strongly lean to no but that's not to say with a little homework that you can't find some people who have tried and gotten a way with it and are actually quite happy with it. This all said, consider if it doesn't have an ssd already to try upgrading that as it will improve overall performance (boot up time, opening and closing applications ie games etc.) and actually help cool down your laptop albeit a very small percentage but every bit helps when you are pushing your machines to the max. It would require simply cloning or migrating your system from the hdd to the ssd (again another thread). Hope this helps you continue to enjoy your laptop! Have fun!
Thanks,
