Best PSU, Hard-drive

I am building my first gaming PC with the budget of around $700 and i'm having a hard time with finding a good PSU and hard drive. My PC components are the
Intel i5 3570k
Asus P8z77-v LK
Corsair Vengeance 4gb
If you could find a $70 PSU and hard drive that would be great. :)

I was told a GPU was unnecessary and I don't need help with a PSU but thanks for your help it is very appreciated.
Is Samsung or is wd the way to for a Hard-drive because i want 500gb of storage.
