I have a Radeon R9 270 Graphics Card. What monitor should I get? I don't want to get a monitor that wastes the potential of the graphics card. I'm looking in a 200-300 dollar price range, but I don't know a good price for monitors so I'll go as far down as needed or as far up as needed.

Your card will make decent graphics at 1080p. Look for a monitor that is 1920x1080 and an IPS type panel. These usually are under $200. Asus, acer, lg, samsung are all good brands. You should've taken some money out of your monitor budget and put in into your GPU.

What CPU do you have? A 760 might be a better fit for you and then you can get a better monitor, but that one is an IPS panel, best type on panel out there, and is 1080p.
