So I've had the Nvidia geforce gtx 560 for some time now and have begun to have some issues with it as of late in random intervals, and I've been able to fix it each time but in the event that it decides to crap out on me I was considering purchasing a gtx 770 to replace / upgrade it with

This one in particular : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121775

And ultimately I just wanted to make sure my computer could handle it without it being bottlenecked or the like as I think the motherboard is a tad older

The current PC I have is : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883227383R

with the only difference being that I replaced the power supply with http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182084

So in the event I had to replace it I just wanted to make sure it would be able to run without an issue , or if there are other cards that may be more suitable as an upgrade, Help is apprieciated!

Solution
Why would you want to upgrade the PSU? 700W is fine for one GPU. Also your motherboard only has PCIE 2.0 and most cards use PCIE 3.0 but I believe that it is backwards compatible.

Oh I don't want to replace the PSU, I had already because the one it came with died, so I replaced it with the Rosewill one , but in reguards to being backwards complatible will that affect the performance of the card?

Nope, you shouldn't see a difference! (maybe around 1 fps but you're good!)
