I have downloaded gta 4 for pc, on windows 8.1. MY system is fairly new, this is really making me mad. I have changed the compatibility to windows 7 on the Launcher, SECROM is screwing me over really bad. I have tried to download winodws games live or whatever you call it, but it wont download. Because i tried deleting it and re downloading it. Now i cant download that. Is there anything i can download or any tips anybody can give me to get GTA 4 working on 8.1 I would LOVE any advise.
