I just got a new case, switching out my old internals into it. When I did, I realized that there was only one slot for my fans to go into on my mobo, but the case came with two. Anything I can do about this? I also need to find out how to hook up the front USBS/ power on and off switch. There isn't any place to pull that in either, what do I need for that too?

Read the motherboard's manual.
It will have all of the information that you need, including the USB and power on switch connectors.

If the motherboard only has one case fan header, then some of your options are; buy a fan splitter, a separate fan controller, or connect the fans directly to the power supply.
